Stocking stuffers are often the last thing people put together for Christmas. I know that in years past I’ve been guilty of running to Target desperately on Christmas Eve looking for little gifts and chocolates for the kiddies. They probably don’t notice, I try to go for a quantity over quality approach to the stocking. This year I’ve been planning a litle further in advance. I mean I haven’t settled on the items yet, but at least I’m thinking about it! I think that magic ticks are a fun little item to throw into a stocking. They’re a little old fashioned, but my kids love to figure out how the tricks work. There are all sorts of things that you can put into the stockings. Dice tricks and card tricks are still my favorites. They’re cheap too. With the economy the way it is still, you probably don’t have extra cash to put things like gold necklaces and coins hanging above the fireplace. So, try some inexpensive playful items like magic tricks. You can fit plans for fancy magic tricks in a stocking too. Keep your kids occupied for hours trying to figure out to amaze you and their friends with magic plans that create tricks that I find pretty darn exciting.
Classic magician accessories like wands and silks are available as well, so your lucky kid will have the complete magician look. Maybe he’ll be the next David Copperfield! He has private islands ya know? Wouldn’t you like to visit? Merry Christmas!
